What is Infused Water And How to Make Infused Water - Recipes

What is Infused Water And How to Make it.

What Is Infused Water?
Infusing water involves steeping fruits , veggies (Cucumber Lemon ), herbs, and/or spices with water until the flavors fuse together. Infused water is the perfect substitute for sugar laden drinks like fruit juices, pre-made iced tea, soda, and energy drinks.
Infused water is a great way to break the doldrums of drinking the plain stuff and ramp up your daily intake. You may also be able to shed some weight because there are very few calories in most blends.

As an added bonus, the cost is modest & Cheap (Check The Recipes Down) compared to other 'bought drinks' and you’ll get lots of extra antioxidants and Yes! More Energy Plus they're super refreshing and yummy!

How To Make Infused Water ?

There are no right or wrong ways to make infused water! You can follow the recipe below or personalize it to your liking! I like to use quart-sized canning jars to make my blends but you can use any glass container you have on hand! Alternatively, you can also use a pitcher and make more! The more, the merrier!

  • Slice fruit or veggies and add them (plus all other ingredients you're using) to the bottom of the container. (Choose the Combination of Fruits or Veggies you want from below or come up with your Own Combination).
  • Fill it up with purified/filtered/Normal water and Add the sweetener or honey and mix until dissolved.
  • Place it in the fridge for at least One hour or more to allow the flavors to infuse together. (I like to let them sit overnight.) and Add ice as needed.

  • You Can Keep it in the refrigerator for up to two - four days or more. It all depends on the blends- (Fruits & Veggies) you use and how fast they degrade.

Best infused water combinations you must try:
    • Orange, Cucumber, Lime, & Lemon
    • Cucumber & Fresh Mint
    • Apple & Cinnamon Sticks
    • Lemon, Cucumber, Fresh Mint, & Fresh Rosemary
    • Blueberry & Strawberry
    • Frozen Grapes, Frozen Strawberries, & Fresh Mint
    • Honey Dew, Cantaloupe, & Watermelon
    • Watermelon, Pineapple, & Apple
    • Peach, Honey Dew, & Cantaloupe
    • Watermelon & Peach
    • Fresh Mint, Fresh Lavender, & Lemon
    • Strawberry & Fresh Mint
    • Peach, Strawberry, & Raspberry/Blackberry
    • Blackberry & Fresh Sage
    • Kiwi, Raspberry, & Peach
    • Strawberry & Orange

Can You Eat the Fruits or Veggies You’ve Infused?

Yes, Eat It, I like The Crunch With Water, But Some Times I Just Sip It. Again It all depends! If you eat up the contents of your infused water within a few days, they may still taste alright. However, if the produce has gotten mushy, it's best to feed them to Your Pet/Street Animal or , or throw them away.

Now, The Recipes, Yes! Please Save it.
